Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, fostering trust and credibility among team members.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA standards.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on their care for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct therapeutic procedures such as incisions and drainage, wound care, and infection management.
  • Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop accurate diagnoses.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and empowerment within the clinic.
  • Engage in virtual consultations while demonstrating expertise in telehealth practices.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence:

  • Complete all required training to onboard and mentor new hires effectively.
  • Facilitate a welcoming introduction for new employees on their first day, including facility tours and process overviews.
  • Actively collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training plans and evaluate trainee progress weekly.
  • Submit final evaluations and proficiency forms upon completion of the training.

Experience and Education:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in relevant settings such as Urgent Care, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice is preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing and a valid Family Nurse Practitioner License.
