An excellent opportunity exists to work for a government contractor with competitive compensation and work-life balance. Posterity Group, LLC is seeking experienced Strategic Account Associates to support the American Prisons Data Systems (APDS) in Memphis. Tennessee.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand the client's use case, goals and needs, and develop strategies to effectively address them and align to APDS goals.
  • Remove barriers to tablet adoption within facilities and proactively offer support and solutions.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Maintain a working relationship with facility staff to promote a positive strategy around tablet use and adoption.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Director of Strategic Account.
  • Management to identify training needs, opportunities to improve account performance and grow the business.
  • Monitor account activity and performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), review data analytics, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay abreast of new products releases, changes and developments, sharing insights.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years professional experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skill.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Suite of products
  • Experience in the correctional field
  • Project management experience
