Job Summary: The residential Coordinator is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Residential Director. The coordinator primarily provides administrative support to the Residential Director and Manager.

Residential:

1. Follow Children's Harbor policy and procedures.

2. Adhere to ChildNet and the Dept. of Children & Families relevant agency rules and regulations (65C-46).

3. Meet with the Residential Director bi-weekly for supervision.

4. Manages Residential Director calendar to ensure all deadlines are met (staffing, court hearings, grant reporting, etc.)

5. Manages and ensures Children's Harbor electronic health record (EHR) contains all necessary documentation.

6. Meet with HP (once a week) to ensure CRR records are up to date, with all required documents.

7. Ensure intake packages are completed, and signatures-dates are not missing.

8. Ensures DCMs provide all necessary documentation needed for youth.

9. Ensures all face sheets are created upon resident's admission or revised when needed.

10. Oversight and monitoring: Tracks FDLE (police callouts); property destruction; BA, and runaways (CQI and reporting).

11. Ensure residential billing is completed and submitted by the 10th of every month. (Maternity, Youth, and Respite).

12. Ensure monthly reports are completed and submitted by House Parents on the 10th of every month. (Prof reads monthly reports and reviews medication logs).

Respite Program:

1. Manages respite - referrals, scheduling with the manager, entering client information on the BBHC portal, and tracking clients served for CQI and audit purposes.

2. Ensures respite is always ready for tours and respite services.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of an associate degree in Business, Social field, or related study area.

Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.

Preferred knowledge in billing and Child welfare.
