Through this full-time internship during the Spring Semester of 2025, you will be able to apply classroom-based knowledge to projects and gain essential skills needed to be career-ready. Experience and Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a BS in related engineering program at an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work full-time during standard business hours Monday through Friday during the spring semester (as Intern or Co-op)
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM is preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Process Intern with a salary range of $16.70 - $22.20 .
