We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MySpot. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic, comprehensive care to children and young adults, both in-center and in-home. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and educating patients and their families about speech disorders and treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose speech, language, and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions to patients with diverse needs, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Educate patients and their families about speech disorders, treatment plans, and home exercises to support ongoing progress and carryover of therapeutic goals.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in state of practice.
