General Dentist

Perfect Dental- Roslindale is seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our established dental practice. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Our practice is high-paced with a large existing patient base coupled with a flow of new patients. We are a digital/paperless office, and our Providers are given the ability to be responsible for the clinical patient experience from the initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care which includes procedures such as restoration (fillings), crown and bridge, and core build-ups, extractions, dentures, root canals, oral surgery, and providing comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.

• Assess treatment planning options and discuss them with the patient.

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including restoration (fillings), crown and bridge, core build-ups, extractions, dentures, root canals, oral surgery, and providing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

• Work collaboratively with dental assistants and hygienists to provide excellent patient care.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.

• Active state dental license.

• Proven experience as a General Dentist.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
