Scope of the Position

The Automation Technician will support the Production Team/Floor by adjusting cutting fixtures, robots and other technician issues that arise. $27.30 plus shift premium and OT over 40 hours.

Responsibilities

Design, build and install end-of-arm tooling (robot) for all new, changed and relocated programs

Modify end-of-arm tooling and robot controllers for injection molding machine interface

Maintain documentation of changes to computer coding, programs and specifications

Provide technical assistance with errors, problems and questions regarding robot/end-of-arm tooling

Preventative maintenance on robot/end-of-arm tools

Respond to manufacturing calls

Qualifications

Associates Degree from a technical college, University Degree; or 2-4 years of related experience

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra & geometry

Strong problem solving skills

Overtime as needed
