Description:As a Software Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small LM team and the technical management and oversight of a government team at Ogden.
You will work with key functional stakeholders to oversee the design, development, documentation, and testing of software applications to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cost and schedule
- Developing or reviewing Basis of Estimate (BOE) for team proposal efforts

Further Information About This Opportunity

This position is Hill AFB, in Ogden, UT.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or related technical degree
• Experience leading software engineering teams and
interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
• Agile Development Practices experience
• Experience working within a large program
• Full software development lifecycle to include requirements, development and/or test experience
• Excellent people management skills
Desired Skills:
• Previous team lead or management experience
• Earned Value knowledge
• Program performance and/or proposal management experience
• Jira experience
• Increment Planning / Project Planning Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
