Description Steiner Industries, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Fairfield. This position will perform a variety of functions that may include, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Day Shift: Monday - Friday (overtime based on business need) Responsibilities: Pick customer orders as indicated on pick tickets and process in system Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as needed May operate an industrial forklift Conduct bin walks as requested, checking empty bins Align pallets in slots and level load slots Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Assist other warehouse workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate Supervisor Requirements: Previous warehouse operation experience Basic computer skills; accuracy and efficiency Must be dependable and a team player Must be able to lift more than 40 lbs and frequent lifting on average of 20 to 45 lbs Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 21 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training) Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual So, what are you waiting for?
