This role will help assist advanced statistical analysis initiatives aimed at extracting actionable insights from large complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define business objectives, identify analytical opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on the application of data science techniques to address key business challenges.
  • Assist with developing and implementing optimization algorithms to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and drive alignment across teams to facilitate decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and industry needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to apply innovative analytical techniques and emerging technologies to solve business problems and drive competitive advantage.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and reproducibility of analytical models and findings through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Assist with developing project plans, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements governing data privacy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policy.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics and to solve complex business problems in the retail industry.
  • Working experience in software and/or business solution architecture design.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self Sufficient/Self Starter, strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation
