Your responsibilities as a Travel Counselor will involve providing clients with expert advice, assisting them in organizing and booking their dream vacations, and ensuring unique travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultation with Clients: Communicate with clients to learn about their needs, preferences, and financial constraints for travel.
  • Planning Itineraries: Make travel plans that are specifically suited to the requirements and preferences of each customer.
  • Booking Management: Manage bookings for travel-related services such as lodging, tours, flights, and other modes of transportation.
  • Customer service: Throughout the whole booking process and beyond, deliver first-rate customer service by professionally and immediately handling any issues or questions.
Requirements:
  • Get attractive commissions for successful bookings.
  • Product Knowledge: To give clients accurate advice and suggestions, stay current on industry developments, destination details, and travel laws.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks using our systems, such as keeping track of clients, handling payments, and scheduling appointments.
