JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a .NET & Angular Architect / Developer / LEAD / SME developing and supporting highly complex web applications with workflow and process capability.
  • Demonstrated experience with an application development methodologyalong with experience in database modeling and design.
  • 7 yearsof specialized skills with .NET Core / SQL server and Angular
  • Solid hands-n skills with: -.NET Core, .NET Frameworks, .NET Component solutions, C#.NET, ANGULAR, User Interface (UI), SSRS, SharePoint,API development (REST API), API Documentation, API performance testing, REST API security (Token), caching / logging, release pipelines, YAML, SQL Server databases, Entity Framework, SSRS / Power BI Reporting, PowerShell, AZURE deployment, Migration of classic ASP to .Net and NET MVC development
  • Strong hands-on skills with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)and Microsoft SharePoint. Work will be assigned by the appropriate Unit Chief and performed independently with initiative and reviewed upon completion.
  • Strong hands-on skills in creating the frontend User Interfacefor the Workflow and Tracking project.
  • Strong hands-on skills in creating the required reportsthat have been identified for the Workflow and Tracking project. These will be created using the SSRS tool.
  • ERPalso needs to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint Online for Office 365 concurrent updates and version control and site. The candidate will assist in the creation of this interface.
  • Must have strong hands-on skills with .NET Core / Standard or latest application.
  • As a .NET & Angular Architect / Development / LEAD / SME, expertise with functional and non-functional requirements translation and validation, design and developmentof highly complex integrated system modules and business logic, code reviews, interfaces, database schemas, stored procedures, software testing and debugging of programs and affiliated interfaces, creation and evaluations of SEP documents and associated ARB review and presentations, software quality assurance (SQA) initiatives.
  • Experience in ensuring the utilization and compliance with Software Engineering Processes (SEP)and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC SCRUM) methods.
  • Well versed inRequirements management, Configuration / Change Management, Defect tracking / resolution, Test planning, Test coverage, Version Control, Production Release Cycles, User / Systems level Documentation, Programming / Development / Architecting / Designing / Software Standards, Implementation / Deploy plans and strategies;
  • Experience coordinating with other cross-functional technical team leads, assessing and reporting project status, developing implementation play books with integrated Go or No-Go decision pointsand roll-back strategies, and documenting computer applications, and team oversight for Software Life Cycle Management compliance.
  • Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of .NET component solutionsincluding the User Interface (UI), SSRS, andSharePoint for the ERP System. These .Net Component solutions, using C#.Net, will meet the Department's requirements to support public facing applications
  • Solid experience of User-Centered design principles, excellent VISUAL Designskills, great technical know-how, and a proven expertise in Interaction Design.
  • Ability to produce great ideas and can express them in a variety of different ways, be it a whiteboard, Adobe, Paper & Crayons, Wire frames, etc. Able to interpret the team's ideas and translate those into presentable documents.
  • Have a creative eyeand a keen sense for color, typography, layout, and usability.
  • Ability to come up with ideas and UI's that marry business problems, customer needs and innovationall in a useful package.
  • Experience with systems development, will be responsible to develop and deliver the ERP systemfrom its inception to production.
  • Experience working with other IT staff to define systems requirements, assist with development, perform system testing, assist with data conversion, and participate in the preparation of procedural manuals and system documentationas request by IT and/or Business.
  • Proven experience in utilizing Configuration Management tools, design tools, debugging tools,and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.
  • Proven experience in providing excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutionsas directed by business and technical stakeholders.
  • API developmentand use of REST API.
  • REST API security based on Token, including use of caching and loggingdefined by IT management.
  • Build and deploy using release pipelines andYAML.
  • SQL Server databasesand Entity Framework.
  • SSRS / Power BI Reporting.
  • API Documentation.
  • API performance testing.

  • Proven experience in detailed functional and process knowledge.
  • Proven experience in utilizing Deep Modeling, Design, and Coding
  • Proven experience in providing expertise in one or more database environments.
  • Proven track record of hands-on technical design and codework within large complex systems.
  • Proven experience in supporting installation of application releases into production.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
  • Proven experience mentoring and performing supervisory functionsfor technical teams.
  • Proven ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business users, project managers and technical architects.
