Prepares and maintains various financial, operational, and strategic presentations and reports for leadership. Provides support to various operational areas across the company in designing, storyboarding, data gathering and messaging around various strategic initiatives. Responsibilities · Leverages company financial systems to compile and analyze data for strategic and enterprise performance reporting. · Supports cross-functional strategic presentations and updates for various audiences. · Maintains regular monthly performance scorecards for various operational reports. · Develops messaging and designs presentational elements for regular and ad-hoc executive and board-level financial presentations. · Assists with regular and ad-hoc financial reports related to enterprise and product line budgeting a forecasting. · Maintains working knowledge of applicable product line performance indicators (cost/unit, utilization/1000, generic substitution rate, etc.). · Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance. MBA preferred. · 5 years of progressive finance or financial planning and analysis experience. · Strategic consulting and storyboarding experience preferred. Professional Certification · CPA preferred. Technical Skills and Knowledge · Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience. · ThinkCell or equivalent experience preferred. · Working knowledge of company core systems and interrelationships. · Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial concepts including rates of return, depreciation, investments, and others. · Effective professional writing and communication skills.
