We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Electrical Assembly Specialist - Harness & Connector Builder to produce high-quality custom electrical components, fixtures, and more while following detailed Solidworks 3D prints to meet safety and quality requirements. This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, the Assembly Technician - Harness & Connector Builder is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company’s strategic plan when needed. Benefits include: • 401k Match • Health Benefits (Vision, Medical, and Dental) • Paid Time Off • LED Lighting • A/C Shop Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and/or electronic subassemblies or productsPerform high and low-voltage product testingProvide troubleshooting expertise and guidance within assembly areasConduct product testing as part of the final inspection of the productClean and maintain the workspaceOrganize and maintain raw materials and work in process within the work areaComplete production paperwork including work orders, sales orders, and quality/testing documentationAssist with physical inventory audits by counting and tagging parts accuratelyUnderstand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner using the established procedures, methods, and safe working requirementsImplements and maintains department policies and standardsOther duties may be assignedReports To: Operations Manager Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation: $18 hourly
