Description: Are you a therapist tired of providing more case management services than therapy? Join our team at Grow Nurturing Families Department at TFI Family Services. We provide CEU's, training, and clinical supervision to support your growth and licensure requirements. Work in a close-knit, supportive team environment with flexible schedules, 20 days of PTO, 12 holidays, and the opportunity to work with children through PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy). As a Therapist, you will work in a dyad with a Support Worker, focus on clinical interventions, engage with families, schedule therapy appointments, participate in case staffings, and complete documentation.
