  • 3 years' experience in a large tertiary care center is required
  • Outpatient, Inpatient, Teaching Hospital work setting required
  • Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, RIT/RVOT Echo Procedure Experience
  • BLS, RDCS- Adult, RCS
  • Portables are both required while TEEs is preferred
  • Phillips Equipment/Scanner Experience Preferred
Other Details:Unit Accepts first-time TravelerNo locals accepted 50 miles or less

**0 for weekend coverage****Cardiac sonographer will work 10 hour shift and will scan 8-10 patients per day on average. Sonographer will be expected to perform bedside studies as well as patients who come to the dept. (both inpatient and outpatient). Sonographer will be expected to participate in weekend rotation which typically means every 5th weekend. When working a weekend, sonographer will be expected to take adult echo call after hours. Sonographer may also be expected to pick up a day of call during the week if needed.
