Our client's, IT Team is seeking two Technical Trainers to help drive adoption of their CRM platform. This Contractor roles will be hybrid and out of NYC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team of six to drive global user adoption on the Advisory (Investment Banking) CRM platform, which has approximately 1,300 users
  • Work collaboratively with the Core CRM team, comprising members from IT and the business
  • Train and coach senior/junior bankers and administrative assistants in 1:1 and group settings
  • Record, synthesize and deliver feedback to IT from the user community
  • Create learning content including quick reference guides, videos, tips, and release communications
Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years' experience with large scale digital transformation initiatives in financial services or similar industry
  • Critical: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others and successfully navigate through hurdles and resistance to change
  • Important:
    • Professional-level technical writing skills
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar product)
    • Experience with learning content creation tools (Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, SnagIt) a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to commute to the NYC office (Midtown location) and work onsite 3 days a week.
  • Possibility of some travel required.
