Retail Sales Supervisor

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will collaborate with our retail partners and account teams, driving growth in your territory by championing our delightful brands. This position is based in retail stores within your assigned territory, working Monday through Friday.
We seek a results-oriented individual who utilizes a fact-based, data-driven approach to expand business relationships. In this warehouse delivery model, you will strive to be the preferred partner for retailers, ensuring that we deliver the best products to families while developing your expertise and network.

Role Highlights:
- The ideal candidate will be located within 45 miles of the center of the territory.
- This is a salaried role that includes opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
- You can select from one of our Fleet Program options:
- Company Car with insurance and gas card.
- Auto Vehicle Reimbursement, allowing you to use your own vehicle with reimbursement for business-related travel.
- A monthly stipend for cell phone usage will be provided.
Your Responsibilities:
- Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans: Collaborate with key decision-makers and utilize business intelligence data, including analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create compelling selling propositions that drive business success for customers and Kellanova.
- Drive Results: Achieve key performance metrics such as Point of Sale (POS) budgets, call coverage, and maintaining an optimal shelf strategy.
- Building Relationships: Implement innovative ideas and solutions to overcome challenges while selling within the grocery landscape.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a readiness to learn.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish while consistently meeting goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver's license is required for this driving position.
- Your driving record must be clear of significant charges over the last 36 months, with no more than one moving violation in the last 2 months.
- Ability to maintain long periods of walking, standing, and lifting moderate weights (20-25 pounds) as needed. Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Compensation:
The annual salary range is $58,000 - $63,000, depending on location, experience, and skills, along with discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance.
