Objective:

Brooksource is seeking an IT Consultant, highly experience with Quadient Inspire, to join our Fortune 500 Financial Services client for a project-based initiative. Our client heavily leverages Quadient software tools for document and contract creation and management within the life insurance client journey. They are seeking an outside consultant to come into their environment and provide a 3rd party assessment of current set up.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment of Current Setup:

• Conduct a thorough review of the existing Quadient Inspire configurations within the content factory.
• Identify any inefficiencies or bottlenecks that could hinder scaling efforts.

Optimization and Scalability:

• Develop a comprehensive plan to optimize Quadient Inspire configurations to support scaling from 500K to 3M requests per day.
• Implement necessary changes and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to align Quadient Inspire with Kubernetes and AWS environments.

Best Practices and Recommendations:

• Provide detailed recommendations on best practices for managing and scaling Quadient Inspire within a Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure.
• Create documentation and guidelines to support ongoing maintenance and future scaling efforts.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on optimized configurations and best practices.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer to enable the client's team to manage and scale the solution independently.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Set up monitoring tools and dashboards to continuously track the performance of the Quadient Inspire setup.
• Regularly report on progress, performance metrics, and any issues or risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Quadient Inspire Expertise: Proven experience with Quadient Inspire, including advanced configurations and performance optimization.
• Kubernetes: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• AWS: Proficiency in working with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Scaling Applications: Demonstrated experience in scaling applications and managing large volumes of requests.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation and Training: Ability to create clear documentation and conduct effective training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale content factory or similar environment.
• Certification in Quadient Inspire, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives from assessment through to implementation and training.
