Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer to join our award-winning, in-house Creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing layouts for print and digital marketing materials, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and brand integrity. As a mentor to print designers and interns, you will play a key role in inspiring and guiding the team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design layouts for catalogs, direct mail, and digital marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Photography team to execute the creative vision.
  • Implement design changes as indicated by clients and Art Directors.
  • Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and inspire print designers and interns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design in a B2B setting.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
