Job Description:

As the Office Manager at Tensik Industries, you will play a key role in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and effectively. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team that values collaboration and innovation, providing administrative support not only in general management but also in key areas such as accounting, payroll, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate office activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, payroll preparation, and tax management.
  • Manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant, preferably with a background in accounting and finance.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across different levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
