Neonatology Physician

An excellent opportunity is available for a full-time neonatologist to join a practice that emphasizes a compassionate team approach to neonatal care. The practice covers 17 counties in mid-Michigan. The 54-bed level 3 NICU cares for approximately 35 to 40 patients a day and is supported by a broad range of pediatric subspecialists. Enjoy a block schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with call from home. Some newborn nursery coverage is required approximately 60% of the time. This is a beautiful community with a river running through downtown, plenty of parks, recreational opportunities, low cost of living, and quality schools.
- Join a well-established team of neonatologists and NNPs
- Level III 55-bed unit with an ADC of 35-40; HFV, nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
- An NNP provides 24/7 in-house support, with an on-call neonatologist on standby
- Nurse-led transport team provides coverage to multiple level I and level II hospitals in the region
