Job Description
Job Title: Level 4 Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Job Specialty: Cath Lab - Exception Level

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Four 10-hour rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback as needed

Guaranteed Hours: [Not Specified]

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab

License: Registered Nurse License (New York License ONLY)

Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
- Moderate sedation training
- Cardiovascular certification or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) preferred

Must-Have:
- Experience with TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman
- Proficiency in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, and FlowTriever
- Mechanical Circulatory Support experience, including ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo
- Structural Heart experience including TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty
- Critical care or cardiac experience

Job Description:

- Provide competent care to patients based on established standards
- Work in both inpatient and outpatient procedural labs
- Focus on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients
- Collaborate with CVT teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Care for a wide range of adult and pediatric patient conditions
- Engage in a comprehensive program offering pre- and post-procedure care

This role is integral to ensuring the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction by working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
