Job Summary and Qualifications:

  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
  • Use therapeutic communication and maintain a safe ICU environment
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing process and provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Supervise new employees and support the organization's mission and values
  • Qualifications: Current RN license in the State of Texas, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
  • Experience with high acuity ICU medical/surgical patients preferred
