Occupational Therapist Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients

  • Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
