Location: Dallas, TX

We are seeking a dynamic and innovation-driven Senior Data Scientist with expertise in data analytics, engineering, and science to support our advanced operations. The role involves working across various business functions, including manufacturing, leasing, and supply chain, focusing on analytics and data pipeline development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in integrating complex data workflows while unlocking valuable insights for multiple business sectors, including workforce modeling and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of analytics projects spanning manufacturing, leasing, and supply chain, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering collaboration.
  • Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to optimize critical business processes.
  • Utilize advanced SQL, data transformation, and modeling skills to extract actionable insights and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design complex data sourcing, transformation, and aggregation logic, and incorporate generative AI into analytics where applicable.
  • Partner with data analysts to create impactful visualizations and models, using platforms such as QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting. Master's or PhD preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical languages (Python, R, Spark, Scala, Julia) and data analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing and supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Expertise in SQL, generative AI, and data transformation tools, including the use of tools like GPT and Co-Pilot in the development process.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and architecture, including platforms such as QlikSense, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data mining, database design, and segmentation techniques, as well as data orchestration platforms like Azure Databricks and Data Factory.
  • Intermediate experience with BI tools, including QlikSense, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Foundry, particularly in integrated workflows, process improvement, and automation, is highly preferred.
