As part of the growth within the TMS Program here at Nystrom & Associates, we are now hiring for a TMS Support Specialist The TMS Support Specialist will collaborate with TMS Patient Advocates and the TMS Program Supervisor to support the successful delivery of our FDA-approved Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program. The specialist will be responsible for patient intakes, scheduling, consultations, managing patient payment plans, benefits investigations, submitting prior authorizations, training new staff, and covering daily treatments. Job Duties: Conduct screenings and scheduling for both internal and external patient referrals. Respond to patient inquiries and emails from prospective TMS patients or referral sources. Perform initial patient consultations, acting as a liaison and advocate. Answer incoming phone calls to provide education and scheduling to patients Submit all required TMS documentation, including Benefits Checks and Prior Authorizations. Coordinate and schedule TMS services across multiple locations. Schedule appointments and provide reminder calls for TMS patient visits. Document patient treatment history, vital signs, allergies, and contraindications as necessary. Assist in investigating and resolving any complaints or concerns raised by patients, clinical staff, or administrators. Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy Perform other duties as assigned by management.
