Anticipated Substitute Night Custodian Position

The Mountain Lakes Board of Education is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual(s) for the position of Substitute Night Custodian.

Hours:
Two-Three Nights per Week (flexible).
Schedule runs Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Job Qualifications:
  1. New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operator's License (valid license - preferred)
  2. Be able to perform minor and routine repairs
  3. Be available for and carry-out snow removal/ ice control operations on school grounds
  4. Be available for school event setups and activity elements
  5. Be aware of State required inspections, safety and health codes
  6. Understand and carry out responsibilities of a custodian during emergencies
  7. Must be able to work well with the general school community
  8. Must be able to perform all aspects of custodial services
  9. Be able to respond to changing and/or short notice custodial service requirements
  10. Take ownership of the overall cleanliness and functionality of the school building
