Overview In 2020 united in a fierce commitment to deliver the highest quality care and exceptional patient experience Virginia Mason and CHI Franciscan Health came together as natural partners to build a new health system centered around the patient: Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Our combined system builds upon the scale and expertise of our nearly 300 sites of care including 11 hospitals and nearly 5000 physicians and providers. Together we are empowered to make an even greater impact on the health and well-being of our communities. Responsibilities Qualifications include: Medical Degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related specialty Active Washington State Medical License and DEA in good standing prior to start date Additional Responsibilities: -Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times -Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times -Adheres to organizational and department specific safety standards and guidelines -Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members -Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff and the broader health care community Qualifications All staff are expected to support and demonstrate our system's Values include: Compassion Care with listening, empathy and love.
