What The Role Is Send foreclosure referrals to the attorneys' office and monitor the foreclosure process until complete including ordering appraisals, property inspections and property preservation, if needed.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Pull documents, prepare foreclosure referrals and send to the attorneys' office
- Monitor the foreclosure process for timeliness and provide information as needed to the attorney, appraiser or mortgagor
- Order appraisals, property inspections and property preservation (as needed) per the investor guidelines and monitor those for completion
- Monitoring multiple files and timeframes daily
- Make calls to the mortgagor as needed per the investor guidelines
- Take phone calls from and return calls to the mortgagors, appraisers and the attorneys' office
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of mortgage documents
- Good phone and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of excel spreadsheets
- Works cooperatively with others
- Regular and reliable attendance
