Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: Day shifts (07:00 - 19:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience

License: RN License

Certifications: CCRN preferred but not required

Must-Have: Acute care nursing experience

Job Description:

- Work in a unit with 95 licensed beds offering various services like Bariatrics, Family Medicine, and Inpatient Rehab.
- Collaborate with a team in a region known for its vibrant community, situated in the heart of Washington Wine Country.
- Participate in orientation sessions available bi-monthly throughout 2024.
- Provide care in a rehabilitation unit with 10 beds, maintaining a 5:1 patient ratio.
- Utilize equipment such as Omnicell and EHR systems like Meditech.
- Care for a diverse patient population, including adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and stroke patients.
- Show occasional flexibility to float to Med/Surg as needed by the hospital.
- Exhibit key personality traits of teamwork and collaboration to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Follow the required dress code, allowing any scrub color, while ensuring unacceptable attire is avoided.
