IDR is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join one of our top clients in Superior, CO. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire and a fully onsite position. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Services Representative:
- Greet and assist patients while accurately documenting phone interactions in the EMR.
- Schedule patient appointments for various medical services.
- Register patients, update demographic data, and verify insurance information.
- Obtain necessary copies of insurance cards, forms of ID, and complete required forms.
- Provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multitask.
- Handle and maintain confidential information.
- Report for work as scheduled and on time.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- EMR/EHR experience
