IDR is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join one of our top clients in Superior, CO. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire and a fully onsite position. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Services Representative:

  • Greet and assist patients while accurately documenting phone interactions in the EMR.
  • Schedule patient appointments for various medical services.
  • Register patients, update demographic data, and verify insurance information.
  • Obtain necessary copies of insurance cards, forms of ID, and complete required forms.
Required Skills for the Patient Services Representative:
  • Provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multitask.
  • Handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Report for work as scheduled and on time.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • EMR/EHR experience
