Contract: 13 Week assignment
Schedule: 12 hour shifts, every other weekend, rotating 1, 2, 3rd shift

The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes five hospitals, more than 1,700 physicians and nearly 40 health centers and clinics, draws patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers prepares patients performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients visitors and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry CT Diagnostic X-ray and Mammography. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: One year of current clinical experience in each modality is required. Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred. ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. Registered by the ARRT in CT Mammography or Bones Density within one year is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. SKILLS: Additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field - Highly desired American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within 90 days of start. - Required ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required - Required One year of current clinical experience in each modality is required. - Required: 1 Years Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required - Required Registered by the ARRT in CT Mammography or Bones Density within one year is required. - Required
Froedtert Health Job ID . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
