PT needed for 13 weeks in an outpatient clinic in Slidell, LA. This Physical Therapist will work a minimum of 36 hours per week. A LA PT license or compact will be required.
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads
Will accept First Time Travelers
Float to other clinics: Yes
Patient Population: All, no peds specialty
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Louisiana, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
