Your role at TUMI:

As part of our Retail team, the Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service and has a strong understanding of the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
  • Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change effectively.
  • Help train and develop store associates.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate ethical conduct when completing job duties.
  • Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives.

Qualifications:

  • Understand the TUMI brand and demonstrate a passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
  • Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
  • Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
  • Have a strong sense of integrity and the ability to lead by example.
