Pharmacy Technician

Description: Responsibilities • File documentation as required by pharmacy regulations. • Respond to customer inquiries as necessary. • Triage, interpret and input orders into computerized medication order system while meeting accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy • Audits input versus documentation and makes corrections as needed • Performs drug calculations including basic mathematical calculations (e.g., converting milligrams) • May resolve issues of denials identified through adjudication, and follow-up claims in Point of Sale (POS) • Maintains current knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations and processes • May produce reports and keep management informed of unpaid claims and claims pending follow-up • Provides excellent customer service to external and internal customers in accordance with company values Skills: Pharmacy, Pharmacy technician license, Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Fulfillment Additional Skills & Qualifications: Tech Trainee/AZ Certification required $18.50/hr for tech trainee $19.50/hr PTCB Hours / Shifts: All shifts are PST 3pm-11:30pm - Saturday - Wednesday 3pm-11:30pm - Friday - Tuesday 3pm-11:30pm - Thursday - Monday 3pm-11:30pm - Wednesday - Sunday 4pm-12:30pm - Friday - Tuesday 4pm-12:30pm - Thursday - Monday 5pm - 1:30am - Friday - Tuesday 5pm - 1:30am - Thursday - Monday 5pm - 1:30am - Wednesday - Sunday 6:30pm - 3:00am - Wednesday - Sunday 10pm - 6:30am - Wednesday - Sunday 12:30am - 9:30am - Saturday - Wednesday Training will be 2-3 weeks 2-10:30p Tues-Sat then transition to regular schedule Team is off shift coverage for other locations nationwide to make sure they can provide service to their LTC clients 24/7 About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
