Carolina Ophthalmology, PA is seeking a full-time ophthalmic assistant for our South Asheville, NC location, with occasional travel to other offices. Certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, eligible to take the COA exam, or optometry experience is preferred, but not required. Carolina Ophthalmology is a physician-owned practice with a commitment to excellence in eye care. Carolina Ophthalmology is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of western North Carolina with primary offices in Hendersonville, Asheville, Skyland and Columbus, NC and satellite offices in Spruce Pine and Franklin. It is composed of 8 Physicians and approximately 80 employees. It was established over 40 years ago. We offer a comprehensive benefit package; including employer paid health, dental, and life insurance, 401k and profit sharing, vacation, sick and holiday pay.
