Summary: Nurse provides 1:1 nursing care while patient goes to school in person. We have multiple patients in need of Nurses. Shift Times: 10:00pm-8:00am or 6:30pm-6:30am (shift times vary and are flexible) Skills Involved: Pediatric patients with G-tube, Trach, and Vent Can provide training if necessary. Maxim Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) and Registered Nurses (RN's) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. Nurses that work with us are expected to consistently perform according to nursing standards and are accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned. Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices. Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior nursing experience preferred.
