Qualifications: Active PA Elementary AND Secondary School Counselor Certification, updated clearances, candidates with secondary licenses/certifications as either a School Social Worker or School Psychologist are preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a high functioning work environment with the ability to balance multiple and competing demands
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience at the secondary level working directly with high school aged students
  • Possess excellent mental health counseling skills including experience with risk assessments and crisis intervention
  • Possess diverse experiences with college and career counseling in a highly competitive school environment
  • Evidence of successful collaboration with college admissions personnel and business leaders
