Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Team Members: Actively support Kubota team members by participating in daily activities, including cheerful greetings, shop floor walks, and morning exercises, to promote a vibrant workplace atmosphere.
- HR Support: Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions in a dynamic production environment, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Policy Administration: Communicate and administer company policies and procedures effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding among all employees.
- Disciplinary Actions: Manage progressive disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies and best practices, fostering a fair and respectful workplace.
- Team Member Follow-Up: Address questions and concerns from team members promptly, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between Kubota management and team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Safety Program Participation: Administer and actively participate in the Kubota safety program, promoting a safe work environment for all.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Plan and support employee appreciation events and discount programs that celebrate our team and enhance morale.
- Payroll Support: Complete Time and Attendance tasks daily to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Services: Help employees regarding benefits and address any issues or concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow HR team members as needed and contribute to special projects that enhance our HR initiatives.

Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
- Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Competency in English language and clear writing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
