The successful candidate will be a software developer with proven Rust/C++ experience on the Windows platform. The candidate will use his expertise in client/server technologies to contribute to the team developing the next-generation software. In this position, you must understand decentralized, near real-time, high-performance systems. You will be required to analyze and optimize the platform's performance, be able to run tests in a distributed environment, and have experience with version control such as Git/Subversion.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with management and project stakeholders to understand end-user requirements and specifications
• Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to the development of complex solutions
• Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
• Write, test, and debug code based on specified requirements
• Maintain and improve existing application software
• Analyze user feedback to improve software performance
• Create technical documentation

Qualifications & skills:

• B.S. Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ of experience in coding and developing using the Rust/C++ programming language
• Experience with programming languages, such as C++, Rust, Node.js, React.js, Golang, or others
• Experience working with advanced data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge of secure coding practices
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
• Network programming skills
• Key-value store optimization skills
• Experience with Full-Stack development, front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks
• Experience with databases, Key-Value, Relational, Time-series
• Experience with REST, RPC, GraphQL
• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good organizational skills to meet deadlines and being committed to the company is part of your ethic
• Excellent team player with the ability to work within a diverse collaborative environment
• Proficient English usage for oral and written technical communications.
