HealthPoint Family Care is currenting hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner join our growing team. This position will be responsible for providing primary care services at HealthPoint Clinics in conjunction with residential treatment centers.
Hours: 24- 36 Depending on the schedule options you choose
Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday-Friday: 9am-3:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 12pm-3pm
The option to work 34-36 hours is available. This would include working until 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursday and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.
HealthPoint is private medical practice dedicated to patient wellness. The organization provides adult and pediatric medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse treatment, obstetrics and gynecology, and vision services.
