Set up ESD areas in production and perform monthly ESD Compliance checks to assure compliance to quality requirements and standards.
  • Perform ESD compliance checks according to quality work instructions
  • Monitor compliance and accurately record data
  • Set up work areas and equipment as needed to provide a safe manufacturing environment
  • Ensure all items requiring control are properly labeled
  • Take action when measurements are near limits to ensure continued compliance
  • Ensure equipment used to monitor ESD control items is calibrated
  • Audit areas to ensure ESD practices are being followed
  • Provide support to incoming inspection as time permits
  • Address quality issues in a timely manner
  • Report quality problems and findings to the ESD Coordinator or Quality Manager
  • Assist in monitoring processes and activities to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain and enhance job knowledge by participating in learning events and engaging in educational opportunities
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Intermediate level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access; ERP and SharePoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively will all people within the organization, both written and verbal form
  • Ability to Identify and resolve problems and issues in a methodical and effective manner
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments to meet established goals and deadlines

Required Experience & Education
  • High school diploma; associate degree in related technical field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
