Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safe work practices and acting safely at all times.
  • Visit 10-12 customer sites per day for pickups and service delivery.
  • Engage in manual labor as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Timely completion of scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Document and label all required service details accurately.
  • Generate leads for new products and services from existing customers.
  • Upsell additional products and services to current accounts.
  • Actively seek new accounts along your assigned route.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during every service visit.
  • Follow local, state, and federal regulations regarding compliance.
  • Safely operate vehicles following U.S. DOT standards.
  • Adhere to all corporate operating guidelines and environmental health and safety policies.
  • Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Class B CDL.
  • Willing to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physically capable of meeting job requirements.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and physical.
  • Compliance with OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, which includes facial hair standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a commercial driver.
  • Possession of Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  • Previous Hazmat handling experience.
  • Experience in route driving.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Background in business-to-business sales.
  • Strong customer service experience.
