Title: Demand Planner (Remote)
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Shift: 9am to 5pm

J ob Description:
Manager, Demand Planning. Bachelor's degree or greater. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. 40 hour week with standard office hours (9am-5.30pm ET).

• Create and maintain SKU-level forecast models and demand plans to be used in production/manufacturing planning;

• Lead regular calls with sales team to build bottom-up demand forecasts;

• Research and review sales trends and demand drivers;

• Place production orders and manage inventory levels from order to delivery;

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to orders;

• Monitor KPIs to ensure that the supply chain is performing effectively and efficiently, and take initiative to make adjustments as needed;

• Provide ad hoc inputs and analysis to leadership to maximize effective decision-making;
