Job Summary

The overall objective of the Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) is to provide comprehensive services for students with communication disorders in an effort to help enhance their speech and language skills and succeed in their academic environment(s). Through conducting comprehensive assessments, the SLP will be able to identify students with speech and language disorders to determine intervention and/or placement on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Requirements / Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology.

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
