Note: This position is onsite at our headquarters in Centennial, CO

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales you will
  • Support the preconstruction department with RFP deliverables including
    • Assist in design and assembly of proposal submittal packages
    • Design and construct presentations for project interviews and client presentations
  • Support preconstruction and assist the sales cycle for the department
    • Create new job files and populate with estimate copy file and upload
    • Schedule bid reviews and bid due dates and fill out bid forms
  • Manage and update department meeting estimating calendar
  • Organize the file system to maintain order as projects and department materials are archived
  • Track items that worked well and update the client activity calendar
  • Coordinate and evolve SalesForce project details, link estimates and budgets as needed
  • Follow up and help fill out missing SalesForce data
  • Enter new opportunities and accounts into SalesForce as needed or requested
  • Set up all events for Precon/Estimating team (speakers, vendors, presenters)
  • Schedule and sent out internal training as requested

What You Will Bring

In addition to holding yourself to high standards and being detail oriented, you will
  • Bring excellent computer skills with high competency in MS Office, SalesForce, and Bluebeam
  • Have excellent time management and project tasking skills
  • Be capable of learning new information
  • Be flexible to meet project deadlines
  • Preferably, have a basic understanding of preconstruction and marketing
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Be self-motivated and flexible to accommodate changes in Weifield's business strategies
  • Have an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and be accountable for decisions and actions
