Qualifications:

Graduation from a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preference for CoARC accreditation).
Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in OH or possess a temporary RT permit.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (provided upon hire).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 180 days of employment.

Your Duties:

As a Respiratory Therapist with us, you'll be pivotal in delivering top-quality care. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and devising personalized respiratory care plans. Administering various treatments and therapies, such as aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation. Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans as needed. Educating patients and families on respiratory health management. Maintaining precise patient records and documentation. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. What We Provide:
