*Maintenance Technician--WEEKLY PAY--BENEFITS DAY 1--$27/hour * *Pay * $25-$27/hour *Schedule * Monday thru Friday 7a-3:30p Some flexibility to accommodate your schedule Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring safety and enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our operations. You will be part of a dynamic team, driven to achieve business goals and objectives through effective maintenance systems and processes. Skills Use of a variety of tools for specific repairs Knowledge of machine-specific lockout/tagout procedures Understanding of basic algebra and geometry Certification in Hazmat policies and procedures Electrical troubleshooting and repair Operation knowledge of compressors, boilers, cooling systems (ammonia and Freon systems) Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders Diagnosing PLCs (Program Logic Controllers) Mechanical operation knowledge of all equipment Inventory management Safe operation of power tools Welding and fabrication skills Ability to provide leadership and direction to other technicians Process improvement recommendation Strong problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Benefits Health Dental Vision coverage Employer-paid life insurance Flexible spending accounts 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
