Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of mechanical aspects of our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing mechanical scopes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review mechanical designs, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure all mechanical work adheres to safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues or changes that arise during the construction process promptly.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ().
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems within commercial buildings.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
